Jean-Paul Van Neste is a partner of Crosslaw. He works at the office in Kortrijk.

His main areas of expertise are national and international commercial law focused on international debt collection but also on construction law, distribution, agency and franchise law.  Moreover, he is a Deputy judge at the Justice of the Peace in the district Waregem.

Jean-Paul obtained his law degree in 1978 and settled in Kortrijk in 1982 after his training period in Brussels and Kortrijk.

Before joining Crosslaw he was partner at the law firm De Wolf & Partners since 2007.

Thanks to his linguistic knowledge, he has assisted Belgian and international firms, mainly in Spain, Italy and Portugal, in the drafting of contracts as well as through legal proceedings over the past 30 years.
